Savage 487T 22 LR

Savage Arms Model 487T chambered in .22 LR, offered in Good used condition. This rifle appears to have been lightly used for target practice and small-game hunting/plinking. Mechanicals are clean and smooth; the bore has strong rifling and no rust or pitting. The stock and metal finish show only light handling marks — no cracks, gouges, or heavy wear.

The Model 487T is one of Savage’s rimfire-target/utility designs. In general, Savage’s “4xx” rimfire models were produced as reliable, accurate .22 rifles offered in both target and sporting rifles. This rifle has a dove tail mounted Tasco 3-9 scope mounted, and has the original sights as well, all traits that make the 487T well-suited to plinking, training new shooters, and small-game hunting.
